LIMITED WARRANTY

Poston Enterprises warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the products supplied by Poston Enterprises, which at our sole discretion are found to be defective upon return, freight prepaid, to: Poston Enterprises, 200 Ewing Lane, Atmore, AL 36502.

This warranty and any implied warranty is for a period of one (1) year beginning on the date of purchase.

This warranty shall be null and void on products, which, in Poston Enterprises judgment show abuse, neglect, improper installation or application, alteration from original design, misuse or improper maintenance. This warranty does not cover special indirect or consequential damages, including actual or alleged labor charges. And the liability of Poston Enterprises is limited to repairing or replacing its products in accordance with the stipulations contained in this warranty and in no event shall the liability of Poston Enterprises exceed the price of the product on which such liability is based.

No one is authorized for Poston Enterprises to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty or to assume any other liability in connection with the sale of its products.

RETURN POLICY

All parts must be sent freight prepaid, to Poston Enterprises, 200 Ewing Lane, Atmore, AL 36502. There is a 20% restock fee for each part returned. No restock fee is charged for parts exchanged for other parts of equal or greater value. No refund or exchange will be allowed on installed parts. The returned part must be in perfect resale condition and be in the original factory carton. It is the responsibility of the customer to insure all returned parts for their full retail value. No return is allowed on special order parts or electrical parts. All shortages and shipping damages must be reported within 7 days.
